We are wanting to hire individuals who have reliable transportation, great work ethic, willingness to learn new skills, and wanting to help grow a company. We perform all facets of the construction trade. Primarily focusing on Foundation Repair, Concrete Lifting & Leveling, and Concrete Coatings. Work is performed at various job-sites throughout Southern California.
We offer in house product training, customer relation techniques, vehicles, and equipment.
Along with the crew, assesses the conditions of the job once on-site. Plans time allotment, tools needed, and order of work, and decides workload for self and installers. Adjusts for conditions, troubleshoots situations innovates processes on the spot in order to complete the job to meet company standards and timetables.
As requested/needed, communicates with the Foreman or Manager regarding projects. Ensures all paperwork is done completely and accurately and is given to the proper parties.
Regular and punctual attendance. Ability to work overtime if needed. Must be able to legally drive a motor vehicle.
High school diploma
Two (2) years experience in construction trades required; or,
An equivalent combination of education and experience.
Heavy Work: Exerting up to 100 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly or to move objects.
