Today’s blog is about the our website and social media and the use of our employees to promote our company.


Our employees are important to us. They are the reason our company continues to grow and for that reason, why not use them to promote our services? We take pride in our work and the work preformed by our team. This is why we choose to promote our business using our actual team members at actual job sites doing the work they do on a day to day basis. So, when you are on our website or any of our social media plat forms, you will see videos that were shot either in-house by our team members or out in the field at the actual job sites. Brian and Justin may seem like “real actors”, but they are real members of the Dalinghaus Construction team! Brian is a co-owner and Justin is our Marketing Manager at Dalinghaus Construction. When you own a business, it becomes like a child to you. Would you take photos or videos of random children and call them your own? No! So why would you chose a company that uses actors to portray their employees at job sites that are staged? Food for thought.
