How is the weather where you are? We’re coming to you from wet, rainy, dreary Southern California today. It’s true we need the rain, but this is day three of rain and the weather report says we still have one more day to go! We want our sunny SoCal back!

In today’s tip of the day Mark talks about the “beam” portion of your raised foundation. The girder beam holds up the sub floor of the home, so if you have posts and pads that have settled watch out for your sub floor beginning to sink. Once those beams start to sag they will often need to be replaced. If you have a raised foundation with sinking, sagging floors give us a call and let us repair your foundation the right way. Our service area covers anywhere in Southern California including San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Orange County, Los Angeles, and even Ventura County. We will send out a specialist to inspect your home for free.  Let Dalinghaus Construction do the dirty work. We’ll be the ones to crawl under your home to see what we are working with.
