TIP OF THE DAY #96: WHEN NOT TO USE HELICAL PIERS

We are back from our little Christmas hiatus…and in today’s tip of the day, Brian discusses when NOT to use helical piers when stabilizing or lifting a foundation. Soil condition is key to this decision. When you have soil conditions where large rocks and boulders are present, it makes helical installation difficult or even impossible.
