Bio:

Carlos has been working with foundations since 2008. He began in Iowa installing everything from waterproofing and sumps to piers and tie-backs in basement walls. After migrating west to Southern California, he continued working in the foundation repair industry, growing his knowledge of the issues that many homes face. He started out as a crew support in 2008, became a foreman in 2009, and then enlisted in the US Army in 2012. Continuing his career, he joined the Dalinghaus family where he is currently a Field Manager. He states that every day is a learning experience as he continues to help not only serve his country but also the families and households experiencing foundation damage.

Since joining the Dalinghaus Construction Team, Carlos has completed extensive training on product knowledge, installation procedures, and understanding the value of the services that we provide to you and your project.

Having the motto to “Never Settle” with sub-par recommendations, repairs, or craftsmanship is part of why Carlos chooses to treat his customer’s like they were one of his own family. Carlos looks forward to working with you on your construction project.
