We visited Joe and his crew after they'd excavated their push pier locations and had begun installing their push piers down to competent, load-bearing soils or bedrock. Over the past couple of months this home has seen an insane amount of settlement or sinking. This isn't uncommon in this city unfortunately, but this home is special in that it has settled or sunk 16 entire inches. After getting all of the push piers installed they'll attempt to lift this home and recover all of that settlement later this week or next week!
