Job Description

Responsible for being the initial contact point for new clients and home owners. Ability to answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, texts, and emails. Responsible for being able schedule new client’s. Able to pick up on caller’s personality traits and match them with Sales Representative with similar traits. Ability to identify caller’s needs, clarify information and services, research every issue, and able to provide a timely solution or outcome. Keeps customer service/satisfaction at the highest priority. Supports the management and mission of the company.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
  • Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Follow communication protocol when handling various topics
  • Identify customer/client’s needs, clarify information, and confirm their understanding of items discussed
  • Understanding of the appointment scheduling process
  • Scheduling of appropriate sales representative
  • Verifying correct customer information is registered
  • Verify any documentation is obtained
  • Schedule appointment for sales representative
  • Communicate with customer/client
  • Keeping updated notes, calendar, and activities in company CRM
  • Informing homeowner and/or sales representative of any changes
  • Discussing sales duration and expectations
  • Communicate with sales representative
  • Keeping updated notes, calendar, and activities in company CRM
  • Informing Sales Rep/Production of any changes to the schedule
  • Collaborates with managers to create efficiencies related to company activities.
  • Regular and punctual attendance.
  • Ability to legally drive a motor vehicle.
NECESSARY KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, and TALENTS:
  • Knowledge of construction, concrete or related principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of foundation systems and procedures including piers, anchors, and waterproofing.
  • Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as company CRM and other business software.
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Exceptional Customer service attitude
  • Professional writing and verbal communication skills
  • Skill in logic and math.
  • Ability to interpret complex information or instructions into understandable job specifications, measurements, instructions and standards.
  • Ability to communicate with subordinates about job generalities and specifics—to give instruction.
  • Ability to motivate, guide and direct clients to confirmed appointment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
