Foundation Repair In The City of La Habra

Like most of the cities in Orange County, La Habra is plagued with surface soils consisting of expansive clay, clay loam, and loamy sand.  Unfortunately, construction standards have changed drastically since many of La Habra’s homes were constructed, and back then these incompetent soils weren’t properly accounted for.  Over the years we’ve repaired many foundations in La Habra and thousands in Orange County, and we’ve become quite familiar with the common signs & symptoms of a settling or compromised foundation in La Habra:

Foundation Repair Services In La Habra

La Habra homeowners have been dealing with incompetent, expansive clay soils since the city was incorporated in 1925. Although the soils just north, in La Habra Heights, helped produce the world renowned Haas avacado, the city's surface soils are wreaking havoc on home's across La Habra. Our crews are in the city quite often, unfortunately, and these are the services we're typically performing.

Foundation Lifting & Leveling With Piers

Our team installs push piers or helical piers to competent, load-bearing strata to lift and level homes or commercial structures.

Slope Stabilization With Helical Tie-Backs

Our crews install a helical pier horizontally at ~30° into the slope or hillside and hydraulically drive it to competent soils before securing the tie-back with a plate bracket or encasing it in concrete.

Concrete Lifting & Leveling With Polyurethane

Using a geopolymer polyurethane foam we can permeate and densify soils, while lifting sunken or settled concrete slabs back to where they were originally poured. It's a controlled expansive foam!

Crawlspace Repairs

Homes with a raised foundation are built MUCH different than slab on grade foundations. These crawlspaces sometimes need special attention with all of our seismic activity.
