We caught Joe and his crew installing the last of the vertical helical piles that made up phase 1 of this stabilization project in the city of Anaheim.
The back side of this home was sinking or settling several inches and needed to be stabilized before the home continued to see more and more damage. Helical piles were installed on the interior of the home before the crew moved to the multi-level retaining walls holding up the backyard and home.
Phase two of the project will consist of helical tieback anchors and whaler beams along the walls that are currently covered in beautiful murals.
