Unfortunately we weren't able to visit this project until lift day, but boy was it a perfect day to be there! Over the last 10 or so years this home started showing signs of a settling or sinking foundation on just the back area of the home. Tennis balls would roll directly to the corner of the room and just by walking through the room it was extremely evident that it was sloping into the backyard.
Our project design specialist Mark Cook designed a repair plan of 10 helical piles to stabilize the home as well as attempt to lift it and recover the majority of the 3 inches of settlement that he measured.
Ryan's crew made quick work of the project and and in a matter of two days had all of the helicals installed and the equipment ready to lift and stabilize the home!
The lift was extremely smooth and in just about 30 minutes they had lifted the back half of the home 3 entire inches. Check out the videos below to see what that lift looked like.
