Denny reached out to our team after seeing several signs that are common with a settling or sinking foundation. Cracks were beginning to show up around the drywall and stucco, doors were becoming hard to fully close, and the windows in several room wouldn’t open or close!
After reaching out to our team Denny met with our specialist, Phil Laney, who inspected the home and found that the area Denny was concerned with had measured several inches of elevation change. Phil designed a repair plan consisting of helical piers, helical tie-backs, and even polyurethane injections!
