Did you know that Dalinghaus Construction has been on numerous TV shows? Well we are TV reality stars in the making; didn’t you know that was our side hustle!! lol
We have worked and continue to work with numerous investment companies throughout Southern California. Our owners, Brian and Brad, flipped over 30 houses between 2011 and 2015. Many of those had a foundation issue in one way or another. All were repaired with the same recommendations and products that we still utilize today to help all of our customers, which topped over 440 in 2019 alone! These investment companies continue to work with us, because of our knowledge in the investment property world and know that we understand the importance of time, money, and craftsmanship in this portion of the flip.
Now back to our acting credentials.
Dalinghaus Construction and its employees have appeared on such shows as Flip or Flop, Vintage Flip, Fuentes Family Flip, among others. These shows won’t get us our Oscar anytime soon, but it does give others an insight to know that these investors and home flippers are taking the proper steps to correct a home’s troubled foundation.
Although if you blinked in a few of the episodes, you may not have seen us. These shows are very good at hiding our logos and branding during the airing of the shows. We actually just did filming today for one of the shows that will air later this year. During the filming of the shows we perform the same types of repairs that we recommend to many of our homeowners when we conduct their own foundation inspection. From initial consultation, to evaluation, engineering and permitting, to performing the work and getting the foundation stabilized or lifted, it is all conducted the same for everyone.
