Dalinghaus Foundation Repair is a family-owned company headquartered in Lake Elsinore, California. We specialize exclusively in foundation repair, crawl space repair, and concrete leveling. No general contracting, no diversified portfolio. Just the structural work that protects your home from the ground up.
Across more than 2,000 projects on Southern California, Arizona, and Nevada soils since 2011, we've seen nearly every type of foundation problem. We've learned that most of them are fixable without replacing the foundation. Our job is to diagnose the actual cause and match the repair to it. Not oversell. Not panic the homeowner. Just tell the truth and do the work right.
How Did Dalinghaus Construction Get Started?
Brothers Brian and Brad Dalinghaus started Dalinghaus Construction in Southern California in 2011, bringing construction experience from the Midwest and California. The new company focused on home remodeling and real estate investment properties. The craftsmanship got noticed, and referrals from satisfied homeowners and investment partners grew quickly by word of mouth.
Engineers, architects and real estate professionals began referring us too, on residential and commercial projects, because they had seen the quality of the work and the way each project was managed. Those relationships grew into partnerships both sides could rely on to get projects finished and done right.
Those steady referrals from professionals are what led us to add foundation repair as a standard service in 2015. Our commercial work grew with it, and as the company grew we added people with specialist skills in foundation and structural work.
We have always taken pride in finishing a project quickly and efficiently, and in owning the result. That has not changed as the work became foundation repair and the structural repairs that go with it, for homeowners and businesses across California, Arizona, and Nevada.

We diagnose before we recommend. We explain what we find in plain language. We don't upsell work you don't need. If a hairline crack doesn't need repair, we'll tell you that.
It applies to how the work runs, too. Before any interior job starts, we scan the floor with ground penetrating radar, and on a post tension slab that scan happens every time without being asked for. It tells us how thick the concrete is and how what is embedded in the slab is spaced and how deep it sits, so the crew drills around it rather than into it. Nobody enjoys finding a post tension cable with a drill bit, least of all the homeowner standing there.
