Accessibility Statement

Dalinghaus Foundation Repair wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who use a screen reader, a keyboard, voice control, screen magnification or captions.

Our Standard

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA, as our target. These are widely used international guidelines for making websites usable by people with disabilities.

Where This Site Stands Today

This site partially conforms to WCAG 2.2 Level AA. That means some parts do not yet fully meet the standard. We reviewed the site on September 26, 2026. We ran automated tests on every page. We also checked keyboard use, phone screen sizes and high zoom on our main types of pages, and we are fixing what we found. We have not yet tested with screen reader software or on physical phones.

What we have worked on includes:

• Text alternatives for meaningful images
• A skip link and a visible focus outline for keyboard users
• Menus, our evaluation request form and video players that work with a keyboard
• Page layouts that adjust to phone screens and high zoom
• Animations of our own that stop when your device is set to reduce motion

We do not use an accessibility overlay.

Known Limitations

• The project case study PDFs on our projects page are not tagged for screen readers, and six of them are scanned images that a screen reader cannot read. The scanned ones are marked as scanned. Call us and we will give you the same information in a form that works for you.
• Most of our videos play from YouTube. The videos we checked either rely on YouTube's automatic captions, which can contain errors, or do not have English captions. Call us and we will tell you what a video shows.
• The reviews slider on many of our pages comes from another company. It moves on its own every few seconds, it keeps moving when your device is set to reduce motion, and its Read more buttons cannot be reached with a keyboard. We are working on this. If it gets in your way, call us and we will help.
• Our September 2026 review also found these issues, which we are still fixing:
  • Some links in text are marked by color alone.
  • A small number of cards have a keyboard focus outline that is hard to see.
  • Photo and project sliders can lose your place when you press Next on the last slide with a keyboard.
  • The animated repair diagrams on some solution pages have no pause button. They stop if your device is set to reduce motion.
  • In a few places, text is cut off on very narrow screens or at very high zoom, such as office names on our service areas page.
  • Some link colors are hard to read on hover.
  • A few icons, including the phone menu button, do not show in Windows High Contrast mode.

Content From Other Companies

Some features on this site come from other companies: Google Maps, the address suggestions in our evaluation request form, YouTube videos, our reviews display and our chat window. We do not control their code. If one of them does not work for you, call us and we will help you directly.
